Comprehensive guidelines safeguarding client confidentiality, intellectual rights, and regulatory transparency across all Advisory Lead operations.
Effective: October 09, 2026 : Version 4.1
We respect client privacy and operate with rigorous confidentiality. We collect only what is legally and operationally necessary to deliver strategic advisory services. We never sell, lease, or monetize client data with external brokers. You maintain full ownership and control over your records, with the right to inspect, correct, export, or permanently erase your data at any time.
Advisory Lead collects information necessary to execute advisory mandates, conduct identity verification, and deliver tailored strategic briefings. This data falls into three core categories:
1.1 Directly Provided Data: Name, corporate email, professional title, company name, direct telephone, and engagement background submitted via our assessment or onboarding forms.
1.2 Technical & Interaction Records: Device identifier, IP address, browser type, interaction logs, session timestamps, and page engagement data gathered automatically to maintain infrastructure security.
1.3 Commercial Documentation: Billing contact details, invoicing addresses, transaction reference IDs, and authorized corporate signatory records required for contractual compliance.
We operate exclusively under lawful bases defined under global privacy frameworks including GDPR (Article 6) and California CCPA/CPRA regulations. Processing activities are conducted for:
• Execution of bilateral consulting contracts and delivery of agreed strategy frameworks.
• Compliance with mandatory financial reporting, audit verifications, and anti-fraud protocols.
• Legitimate operational interests including threat prevention, infrastructure monitoring, and communication of critical service updates.
We do not perform automated decision-making or behavioral profiling that produces legal or comparably significant consequences.
Advisory Lead does not sell, rent, or trade client personal records to third parties. Information sharing is strictly limited to verified enterprise sub-processors under enforceable Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
All electronic records are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 protocols and encrypted at rest utilizing AES-256 standard encryption keys. Administrative access is governed by strict zero-trust principles and hardware multi-factor authentication.
A2P SMS Exclusion Clause. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service Fulfillment (Lead Sharing). When you request a home service quote, we share your contact information exclusively with the specific local contractor assigned to fulfill your request. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers or external marketing lists.
TCPA Opt-Out & Deletion. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
By accessing Advisory Lead intelligence briefings, frameworks, or consultation portals, you warrant that you possess proper organizational authority to bind your entity. All proprietary advisory deliverables, audit reports, benchmarking models, and analytical tools remain the intellectual property of Advisory Lead.
Clients receive a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive internal operational license to implement recommendations upon full settlement of all corresponding advisory retainer fees.
Under applicable international privacy statues, you are endowed with enforceable rights regarding your records:
• Right to Access & Rectify: You may request complete disclosure of your archived records and request correction of discrepancies.
• Right to Erasure: You may instruct permanent deletion of your profile, subject to statutory tax retention constraints.
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain an organized, machine-readable export (JSON/CSV) of all directly provided information.
